Yummy Blueberry Coffee Cake I


This cake is super for a vibrant breakfast snack with espresso

Ingredients


  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar for dusting


Directions
